My husband is working in USA on L1B visa valid till Dec 2010. As his company suggested he went to India for his visa extension. Badly his visa got rejected under section 8 with a blue sheet. But now the US Hr is saying we will file the extension from USA. Is this possible to extend the petition from US even after rejecting visa? What is the possibility of getting that?
Any info will be really helpful.
