Hi Currently in US with valid I-94.
Recently my L1b to L1a conversion + extension denied. I was adviced to goto India for fresh L1A application.

-What are the chances to get this approved?.
-Again if this gets rejected can my Company apply for H1 when i am in India this year or it will be too late to do?.

>>> That depends on whether you are eligible for L1a or not. Read the eligibility criteria in the link below. Also, getting the L1A stamped will require you to produce all the required documents.
