L1 Visa Interview Waiver Eligibility for Canadian Resident (PR)

I've read L1 visa interviews are waived under certain circumstances, but the exact criteria is part of the interview scheduling wizard process. Any experience scheduling non immigrant visa interview in Canada (Canadian residents)

Hi do you have any updates?

I am Canada PR holding other country's passport. According to the form in the scheduling wizard process, I need to select yes. But after that step my interview is waived.
After you send your doc, does the consulate approve your L1B visa, do you have timeline?
