Yes & No, they have automated processes which collects all your information from different systems (no one knows how they do it).

The VO get a summary reports ready in his screen at the time of interview with a red/green flag for each section which he can dig in more if needed & re-confirm with you during interview.

Thats the reason most interview doesn't last long & couple of simple questions, while for some its extensive to re-verify what their system showing is correct or not.
