  • L1 Blanket rejected twice. Applying for H1B

    Hi,

Hope everyone is doing good here. I have a query regarding applying H1B.

My L1 Blanket visa was rejected once in august 2008 and in august 2010.
Now the my company (same company) is trying to apply for H1B visa.

can you please let us know whcih are all things I should take care and what are the chances of getting visa.

    Please help me.

    Thanks in advance.

    Satish.

Prepare all the documents listed below for the H1B interview

Chances of the getting the visa is same as anyone else who goes for the visa stamping. Your previous L1 rejection will not have any impact on your H1B stamping as long as the reason for rejection is not you (Forge documents, incorrect information on visa application etc).
Not a legal advice. Use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
