L1B In Person interview Waiver

Hi,
I am currently in US. I already have approved extension Petition for L1B from same employer.
Am i eligible for interview waiver and eligible for dropbox ? In the interview scheduling page, it doesn't ask me any waiver related question and Straight takes to Chennai consulate for scheduling which has no appointment available.

Did i miss anything in form ? why it's not asking waiver related questions.

Are you applying for Blanket or Individual L1B? Asking because Blanket visa's are not part of IWP.

Start a fresh application, it might have asked you initially & you might have skipped that. Or may be try a different computer/browser.
