    L1B Regular Petition approved .


    Hi Team ,

    I had L1B Regular Petition filed to USCIS and it got approved . My company (same which had L1B filed ) has also filed H1B for me this year. If my H1B is picked up in lottery. Do i need to have H1B COS (Change of Status ) or it will be H1B New Hire.
    I have not gone for L1B Stamping process yet. Should i wait till H1B lottery is done ?

    Please guide me on this .
