Consulate didn't return stamped i-129s

Нi! We've been applied for l1a blanket. Visa was approved and the officer in the end of interview told us that i-129s with passports will be send to us via FedEx. We've got our passports with visas, but no i129-s was included. We wrote requests everywhere we can (embassy, gov.state etc), but there is no answers almost for a month. What can we do in such situation?

Same situation, flights booked, my attorney said " If the consulate is unable to stamp the endorsed I-129S, then the only option is for you to enter the US with your visa and explain to the US officer that the consulate made an error in not stamping your I-129S. You should present your email to the consulate requesting for them to correct the error in case the immigration officer requests it. The fact that the consulate issue the visa should be sufficient evidence that they approved the I-129S. " I would like to know how did you resolve your issue. . .
