    Drop box eligibilty

    Hi Friends

    I am trying to see if i am eligible for drop box appointment for L1A. The questions asked is "Did your most recent application result in you being issued the visa?". I need help to answer this. I have a valid L1A individual petition.Before this I had an L1A extension which got rejected in 2017 in USA. So to answer this question should i say "yes" or "NO" .Please help
