Having L1 and L2

Hi,

I have a L1 visa with my company but right now on maternity leave.
My husband is travelling to US on a L1 visa.

His company is ready to apply L2 for me and my kid. Since I hold a L1 already, will there be any issues in me getting an L2?

Also, will my L1 get cancelled?

You can get L2 visa. You will no longer be on L1 at that time.
