Interview Waiver Eligibility for L1B(Blanket) Extension

I have my L1B Blanket visa approved Chennai consulate in 2018. Now I have applied for L1B Extension in USA and it is approved.
I would like to know if I would be eligible for Interview Waiver if I go to India for Visa stamping?
Since my extension petition is already approved which category should I select when booking appointment, employment-based Visa or L1(Blanket)?
If I select L1(Blanket) then I would not be eligible for Visa Interview Waiver.. I just want to get confirmation since my extension petition is already approved will it fall under Blanket Petition or Individual petition?
