    L2 visa for child application without another parent

    Hi,

    Can you pls advise on this?

    I am applying for an L1B visa. My husband won't apply for an L2, but our daughter wants to go with me. Will my daughter's L2 visa application be rejected without her father's L2 visa application? Her father gave us a parental consent allowing her to travel with me. Kindly advise. Thank you.
