I am on L1A. My employer is filing EB1. But at the same they have also asked me to file Canada WP. By any chance, will the canada visa will affect in approval of my I140 and I485 and Green Card approval?

Not at all, one can file for multiple visas for different countries at any time.

The problem occurs when the change in status at one location (for example USA green card approval), invalidates information in your other in-flight application (for example Canada WP).
