My L1B to L1A visa conversion got denied, denied reason got is "Visa not filed in six months prior", my visa filed when 5 months was remaining and was filed in premium processing, but my one of the friend's visa got approval when his employer filed his visa before 2 months of the expiry of his existing visa, I am still on L1B visa and valid until July, Can I refile my L1A visa?
