L1A Extension

Hello,

I applied for L1A extension in the month of Feb 2022 under preminum processing and within 15 days I got the extension approved. I recently received the document from USCIS via mail and they sent approved I-797A document. Should I be also receiving I-129S or just I-797A is sufficient?

Form I129 is the form you submit for requesting extension. I797 is what you get as response to your I129 application. So I797A is all what you'll get & all what you'll need.
