B1 rejected 3 times, what are my chances for L1?

Hi,

2 years back i got rejected by B1 three times. the last time it rejected is 2 years back.
now i have changed the company and i am working for bigger organization since 1 year. what are my chances of getting L1 visa?

B1 rejection should not have anything to do with L1 approval.
