L2 stamping query once got H1 lottery selection

I am on L1B(individual) visa which is expiring on Sept 10,2022(company will apply for extension) and going to India for applying for L2 (individual) for my spouse in India on April 5th, 2022(visa interview)
I also got selected in H1 visa lottery but my company will only apply H1 petition once I am back in US (on May 1 , 2022)

1) Can there be any problem in getting L2 visa due to my L1 visa expiring on Sept ,2022?
2) Will any question be asked from my spouse about my H1 lottery selection and why not applying after Oct 1, 2022 on H4 rather then L2?
3) Can there be any problem in getting L2 visa in India , due to H1 lottery selection?

No, one can hold multiple non-immigrant petition/visa at any point of time.

No, you need to switch to H1, before she become eligible to even apply for H4.

3) Can there be any problem in getting L2 visa in India , due to H1 lottery selection?

No issue because of L1 & H1 combination.
