Currently am on an L1B visa in the US, that's expiring beginning of Sep 2022, an L1A amendment was filed under with premium processing 29 March 2022. I received an RFE on that petition now Apr 2022.
Since the amendment petition was filed with an extension, my attorneys did not file for the extension on L1-B petition. How common are such RFE requests and what could be the chances of denial of my petition?
If my petition is denied or does not move, Will I be able to extend my current L1B visa?
