Below are specific milestones on my path to GC
1. L1A Start Date : 01/31/2017
2. L1A Max Date: 03/01/2024
3. Current L1 PED expiration date: 10/31/2022
4. I-140/I-485 concurrent filed on EB1C (not received receipt) : 05/31/2022
on #4 we did not file i-131 parole document yet, the plan is to travel to UK and get L1A Blanket PED renewed for the last term of L1.
Is it safe to travel outside the country, once we receive the receipt documents on #4( which will take 4-5 weeks)?
We wanted to do premium processing in the US, but my lawyer insisted that it's better for me to go to my home country and get the renewal done for easier renewal process. Premium processing in US will cause RFE's and delays
Also, another thought was, that only I as the main applicant can travel to UK to get the renewal done but my family members can get renewal in US under L2s/L2y, is that a reasonable plan or there are some concerns with it?
