Hi,
I have a question in regards to the "Eligibility" criteria for a L1 Visa (As a Manager/Executive) that you have on your website, https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/l1/
I am working for a big company as a Contractor in Canada through an agency. The agency has tie ups with this big company and only pays me, I am not directly employed to this big company.
Background: I have been working for this big company for the past 7 years as a vendor through another software company but now I have quit this software company and have joined this big company as a Contractor in Canada through an agency as I have mentioned above.
Now, as per your website https://www.immihelp.com/usa-visas/l1/ , Can the BRANCH of this big company in USA sponser my L1 visa after I am with this big company in Canada for 1 year (though i am not directly employed to this big company but am paid through an agency)?
If yes, then after this big company sponsers my L1 visa, can I be paid by an agency in US once I am in US to work for this big company?
I would appreciate if you could answer this question for me.
