I recently applied for a fresh L1A Blanket appointment in the US Travel Docs site. After completing the MRV fee payment, I'm able to only get an OFC appointment. I don't even get the page for consular appointment. Instead, I get an appointment confirmation page that shows only my OFC appointment. Somehow, my appointment seems to considered as Dropbox appointment even though it's a fresh L1A blanket visa. Has anyone faced this issue?
