L1B Refused with 221g Blue Slip in Chennai

Dear All,

I attended the L1B VISA interview in Chennai on 20th October 2010. VISA Officer gave me the 221g Blue Slip and ticked the below point in it.

Your blanket L-1 is not clearly approvable under section 8 CFR 214.2(I) (ii) (D) and INA 101(a)15(L)


May I know What is the status of My VISA now?
May I know what I need to do next?
