L1 question

My nephew is transferring to the U.S. from Chile on an L1 visa. His wife and son are accompanying him on an L2 visa and are in the process of filling out the paperwork. His wife was taken to the U.S. as an infant by her parents and they entered the U.S. illegally through Mexico. She never had a drivers license or legal SSN in the U.S. She left the U.S. in 2004, by plane, to join her family in Chile (she was not deported and never had problems with U.S. Immigration). Now that she has the opportunity to go back to the U.S. will she have aproblem obtaining an L2 visa to accompany her husband and son and will she have a problem entering the U.S. at the point of entry?

---- ON THE FACE OF IT SHE SHOULD NOT FACE ANY PROBLEMS IN GETTING L2 VISA. HOWEVER, THERE MY BE SOME QUESTIONING BY THE USCIS, IF THEY DIG DEEPER AND LOOK AT HER PAST HISTORY THEY WILL QUESTION HER. IF SHE CAN TRUTHFULLY ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS AND REVEAL HER TRUESELF, SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS

---- SHE MAY BE WISE TO CONSULT A QUALIFIED ATTORNEY WHO CAN GUIDE HER APPROPRIATELY ALTHOUGH IT MAY COST SOME MONEY, BUT IN THE END IT WILL BE WORTH THE PAIN AND AGONY
