Must we get a new visa stamp if and when we leave the US or will this one be ok - even though it does stated PED August 2022?

This is confusing, your first post says visa is valid till August 2024 with PED as Aug 2022. Now your visa stamp says 2016 (which is expired a long back).

Can you please clarify following dates for L1 & L2 separately:
Passport expiry, Visa expiry, Petition expiry & I94 expiry.

      Hello
      Apologies 2016 is a typo

This is confusing, your first post says visa is valid till August 2024 with PED as Aug 2022. Now your visa stamp says 2016 (which is expired a long back).

Can you please clarify following dates for L1 & L2 separately:

L1 - passport expiry is 2025, Visa expiry is August 2024 and Petition expiry if August 2022 and there is a Premium Processing application I-797 in process. I-94 expires August 2022

L2 - passport expiry is July 2023 Visa expiry is August 2024 and Petition expiry if August 2022 and there is an application I-797 in process. I-94 expires August 2022

I hope that clarifies. (Blanket L1 and L2)

I'm trying to understand as we have been given a LOT of misinformation and even went home to Ireland to process this to no avail due to misinformation.
We returned and my Husband has put in for his Premium Processing - they currently have requested supporting information.
I'm trying to ascertain if and when his is processed and approved - mine will not be and the lead time according to the site is 8months!
IF I go home to Ireland with an Embassy appointment can I process my Petition extension at that point. Without my Husband present.

THANK YOU for your time and patience.

You do not have a "petition". There is no such thing as an L2 petition. L2 is a dependent status of L1. As long as you have an L2 visa, and your spouse is in L1 status, you can enter the US into L2 status.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.
