US L1A Visa appointment scheduling in Canada

Hello folks,

I am an Indian citizen with Canadian PR. My organization initiated the L1A Visa for me. I have completed the DS160 for the Ottawa location. But the first appointment is shown in January. So I have the following questions regarding my appointment scheduling.

1. Can I schedule my interview in another location within Canada using the same DS160? or should I create a location-specific DS160?
2. Let's say later when I check, I see availability in Ottawa before January? Can I reschedule to a prior date?
3. What are my options for getting an earlier interview date?

Location doesn't matter for DS160 perspective.

I am in same boat. Applying L1A from Canada (being Indian Citizen). Please help me with your experience.

1. Organizational Chart: Do you know if names of US project team members need to be written on organizational chart?
2. Were you able to change location, based on best availability? e.g., Let's say Ottawa should booked for next few months then can we change to lets say other locations which are less busy?
