H4 to L1B visa conversion

My wife is having H1B visa. If I get H4 visa and enter US then
1. Can my employer file L1 for me while i am in US ?
2. Will it create a problem while restamping with L1 in my country ?

Not at all, one can have multiple non-immigrant visas at any time.
