Hi Everyone,
Anyone who has had their I129 L1A Individual petition approved and not got their approved petition even after 10weeks, please feel free to leave a message here. I just wanted to understand if anyone out there is facing the same delay in receiving petitition. Mine was approved in last week of May and I am yet to receive the approved petition. My company keeps saying that there is nothing we can do, but only wait since USCIS is government body. I would need help if anyone has had similar issues, was there anything that attorney could do to expedite the shipment process?
