L1 blanket re-application

My L1 Blanket visa got rejected in June 2010. We are planning to re-apply for it again in December.

Is this not good go for L1 Blanket again? Is there any constraint on that? What is the possibility of getting through this or not getting through?

There is no such constraint. However, the reason for rejection is important here and you need to take steps so that the 2nd application also doesn't get rejected for the same reason. People who had L1 blanket rejected earlier have successfully got their L1 individual or H1B stamped for the same company later.

My question is, what is the possibility of getting through if I am applying for L1 blanket 2nd time? I am not applying for H2 or L1 individual. It is L1 Blanket again.

Shouldnt I go for L1 blanket again instead go for an L1 individual?
