My husband company is filing L1B blanket petition. Here are my few queries:

1. Does L1B petition receive RFP?
2. Can dependent visas file together with the main applicant, but we have not planned to travel together.
3. How much time blanket petition take to process.

1. Does L1B petition receive RFP?

No, since with blanket petition, you do not go to USCIS, rather you go to embassy/consulate for visa directly. So, it's either straight away approval or rejection of Visa.

2. Can dependent visas file together with the main applicant, but we have not planned to travel together.

Yes, you can apply for visa together & can travel separately.

3. How much time blanket petition take to process.

As soon as you get the visa appointment.

4. What are the questions asked in interview?.
