L1A ind approved but COB entered incorrectly

Team - my L1A Ind petition approved after serving RFE, I noticed the COB: stated as Brazil instead of India when they sent receipt notice last yet as soon as we filed; But, my attorney mentioned that they have submitted service request to correct the same but even after the RFE approval I am still seeing COB incorrect. I am planning for stamping but should I need this to corrected before stamping?
Also, In approval notice they had mentioned consulate as CHENNAI, does that means, I MUST go to Chennai not any other consulate?
