Re-entry to US with Valid L2

Hi,
I am L2 visa holder and PED is 1st Dec 2022. Can I travel to India and return before 1st Dec? My current i-94 is valid till 2nd Jan 2023.
Only issue is my husband's L1-Blanket visa has been renewed but my visa extension is not applied. Also there are no drop-box appointments available in India.
Please guide me.

Yes, you can do that. Since your spouse L1 is already renewed, carry copy of the newly approved petition & you can use your existing visa & latest approval to re-enter into USA before your existing visa's expiry date.
