I'm currently working in US in L1A visa and also hold a Canadian PR. Looking for some help with the following questions
1 # For US Immigration (GC processing) Reason, I need to be out of country for 4months. My company has a branch in Canada. Would it be possible to move my payroll to my Canadian branch but still continues my work in US on L1A Visa? (Or) Do I need to get a B1 Visa to work in US with Canadian Payroll.
2 # once I move to Canadian Payroll and apply for a B1 Visa. What if my B1 Visa gets rejected, will I be able to reenter USA (or) transfer my employment back to US with the previous L1A visa?
