I (Primary L1) along with 3 L2 dependents (Spouse, 2 kids) appeared for L1 visa interview on 2nd Sep@ Toronto Consulate. All visas were approved. However, I received 3 passports today (mine and 2 kids) but my spouse's DS160 still shows as Approved (ours moved to Issued stage) and passport is still with Consulate. Has anyone been in similar situation. Whom and how do I reach out to respective authorities to know more about what's the issue. My understanding is that all should've been stamped and sent together.

Ideally each passport is sent via local courier individually. I guess you must have received your spouse's passport by now.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice. Just sharing MY opinion with an intent to help others.
