Regarding L1 visa

Hello everyone. First of all, thank you for considering your time to read my post.

I wanted to ask about L1 visa type used to issue visas to managers or above in private firms. I have primarily 2 questions-

What is the criteria for the L1 visa type appvalley tutuapp tweakbox?

Is the process of getting green card easier or doable than H1B?

I'm a working professional from India and would really love to go for an onsite opportunity in future through L1.

What is the criteria for the L1 visa type ?

Primary criteria for L1 visa is that you worked for foreign (outside USA) subsidiary for 1+ years.
Further L1A (executive) & L1B (specialized skill) has different requirement - depends on what type you choose.

Is the process of getting green card easier or doable than H1B?

Certainly, basic requirement for GC & L1A is similar & hence it is easier to get GC under EB1C if the applicant holds L1A visa. However L1B visa under EB2 takes same time as H1B.
