Maintain L1 status after getting H1B approved before 1st October

Hi All

i would really appreciate response to my simple yet tricky question.
I am currently on L1 status (L1B) with Employer A and very recently got my H1B approved with Change of Status with employer B, which would be effective from 1st Oct, 22. Due to some strong reason i wish to now continue working on L visa. Could anyone please guide is someone ever grappled with this situation or suggest me options how can I do that? Thank you so much

Did your new employer "B" filed COS (Form I539) along with H1B petition (Form I129)?
