Infant L2 with Canadian passport
Good Morning : We have our L1 / L2 interview scheduled in Oct 2022 for myself and my wife. We scheduled this back in April 2022 at that my wife was pregnant,
Now we have new born with canadian passport.
So we are not able to add the new born into our interview unless we cancel and reschedule another appointment which risk delaying the interview into 2023.
Questions is based on couple of other posts from the forum, Canadian passport holders who are dependents for L2, can get their entry and I 94 based on our approval.
Can any pls provide more insight on this and any CBP link confirming this ?
