L1 extension RFE and H1 COS approved
My L1 is valid only till September 3 . My company filed both L1 and H1 COS . L1 extension is on RFE with November as the due date to respond . H1 COS approved with start date as October 1 and valid for 3 years . I94 is linked to same old number.
My company is asking to travel immediately and get H1 stamped but getting consulate dates are difficult.
What they are saying , if we respond to RFE and if uscis reject that, they will even revoke the approved H1 . any one has similar experience , Any help is highly appreciated.
