  • Traveling on L1 - Different entry/exit airports

    Hello,

I'm on L1 status and planning travel to India and back. I'm looking to confirm the below
    1. Will there be any possibility of immigration issues if the entry airport in India and exit airport in India are different?
    2. How about if the entry and exit airports in US are different?

    Thank you.

You mean you want to enter the US (or India) at a different airport than what you went through during the first leg of your trip? I don't see why CBP would be inclined to ask you tougher questions at the border if you did that. A US visa allows you to apply for admission into the US at any port of entry (air, sea, or land).
The above is my personal opinion and not legal advice.

Just because the port of entry/exit are different, doesn't cause any issue related with immigration.

      Same, doesn't matter.
