L1A Manage role with Architect designation

My friend has a designation of Enterprise Architect and is managing a team of solution & technical architects, technical leads and developers. Is she eligible for L1A Manager visa?

I am currently working as a manager at my present company, but as a contractor. I am considering switching to full-time employment with a subsidiary of a U.S. company in Switzerland. My plan is to work for one year and then apply for an L1-A visa, followed by an EB-1C visa https://tutuapp.uno/ .

1. What are the chances of my application for an L1-A visa being rejected?
2. If I opt for premium processing, how long will it take? I assume that both the L1-A and EB-1C processes can be completed within one year.
3. What other factors should I consider in this plan?
