L1 and H1

My H1B petition is already in progress with USCIS and company is applying for L1 visa. What answer shall I give to VO about multiple petition if I do not plan to go with H1B option and only want to go for L1 option now.

Please share the possible professional answers for this. Thank you.

One can apply & hold multiple non-immigrant visas at any time, so most probably VO won't ask any question regarding that.

I believe both visas are being sponsored by same company, if thats the case & if asked by VO, tell them the real story - you can always say that since you are eligible for L1 & there were uncertainty (long time in processing) with H1 so your company decided to go with L1.
