Will L1 be valid if applied for L2 ???
Hi,
I and my husband both have L1 visa and both of us work for the same MNC in India.
Now my husband is going on an L1 and i can join him only after 3 months.
So we have been planning to apply for an L2 so that i can accompany him.
I have a few doubts :- Can i go on L1 also or should i apply for L2 ?
And once i apply for L2 does my L1 get cancelled ?
Also after three months once i get the assignment do i have to come back to India and again fly or it can be taken care of from there itself ? Will be looking Forward to your resolution.
