On H1b i was in US for 10+ years, now i moved to other country, potentially i will go back on L1b/a, so my question is when i try to book visa interview slots, do I qualify for interview waiver? as i had F1, H1b visas in the fast, H1b visa expired in Aug 2021.

There is nothing like "visa" waiver. You need to have a valid visa every time you try to enter into USA.Originally posted by 7hillsrao View Post
If you meant "Interview" waiver, it depends. Try booking an interview slot on ustraveldocs, it will ask you series of questions, which will determine your eligibility for interview waiver.- I am not an Attorney, hence not giving any legal advice.
