Hopefully I have the right forum.
I'm a Canadian and I've lived in the USA before with my girlfriend. Both of us were transferred on an inter company transfer visa. L1B I believe.
We live in Holland now, but are considering going back. We both have a job offer from the same Canadian company that we used to work for but I no longer work for them, and she technically does.
If she moves on an L1B, I know that I can apply for an L2 visa (we'll be married by the time we'd be moving back), but what if it's an H visa that she's given instead of the inter company transfer. Is there an H visa equivilant for spouses?
Unfortunately I don't have a degree, so the standard easy way for a Canadian to move into the US isn't an option for me. I think my best bet is to use our marriage status as a way in.
Anyone know what the best bet might be?
Thanks very much in advance!
