Hi,
My L1 B extension petetion has been approved on November 10th. They have mailed the approved petetion on November 10th. We have travelled on November 11th with old expired I-94 (August 14th). Now I am in India, we see the status online that it got approved. Can I use that approved petetion and get it stamped in India and travel back? I can ask my company to send the approval notice to India.
Please help me what to do in this case.
