  • Is I-129s required everytime at Port of Entry for L1 blanket visa

I am working in US with L1 Blanket visa. Recently I travelled to India from US.
I didn't bring my I-129s, will I be denied entry at Port of entry?
My visa says "Must prevent I-129s at POE"

Yes, you'll need to show I-129S at POE for officer to decide your I94 expiry date & if you are still allowed to work within USA. You can ask someone to scan & email soft copy to you.

Got it, so a photocopy/soft copy would work? I have a colour photocopy

Yes, they only need to verify that you are the right person (original passport) & the visa was issued to you (Barcode on I129S).

They verify the visa in their own system, instead of worrying about the document you sharing is original or not.
