L1A eligibility

I have 6.5 years of IT experience and draw a salary of 7 lakhs per annum. Am I eligible for L1A category as per experience and salary standards?

Have heard that recently there have been L1A rejections on exp and salary grounds. Pls advise.

You need to be in a designation that is equavalent to or higher than a manager or executive to get a L1A. Check the below link.
