Good afternoon,
About a week ago I lost my bag with my passport in it. In my passport I had a valid L-1 visa, issued 18th April 2010. I've already applied for a new passport and now need a new L-1 visa in my passport as well. After doing some research online, it looks like I have to go to the entire application process again. An attorney prepared all my paperwork (I-129s, I-797, G-28, etc) for my initial application, and I still have all signed and approved copies. Can I use those copies again, or does litterally ALL paperwork needs to be re-issued?
Any help to make this process a little easier (and less costly) to resolve would be very helpfull.
Thanks in advance.
