I am on L1 visa here in USA, my wife on L2 visa, she got employment authorization(EAD) as L2 holders are eligible to directly apply for EAD.she has been working, due to lack of work, she was laid off in july
2009, and then she applied for unemployment beefits, she got the benefits.
While filing 2009 tax returns, filed jointly, now her unemployment benefit amount showing on my 2009 federal tax forms.
My questions are:
1.My employer will be filing green card soon for me, one of the required forms for green card process is latest federal tax form, if i submit my 2009 federal tax form which contains my wife unemployment benefit info($ amount), while USCIS officer reviewing this form and look at this info(unemployment benefit) will this impact my green card processing?
