My girlfriend isn’t a US citizen and didn’t get an H1B. She got a Canadian work visa for the same company she was working for in the US, and apparently she can get an L1B visa after she has worked in Canada for 1 year.
If she starts working in Canada on 7/4/23 ****hub, could she theoretically come back 7/4/24, or is she only able to officially apply once she has worked 1 year in Canada?
tl;dr My gf is not a US citize, didn’t get an H1B, and will work for the same company on a Canadian visa. How long until she flies back with an L1?
