I work in an Indian company for more than 3 years. I lead the sales and also develop new business initiatives as per market requirement. Starting from product proof of concept to product development to marketing to sales of new product.
My company want me to go US and develop the market for our existing and new product.
I want to apply for L1A visa and currently no new hiring in US. I have team of 20 people in India which consist of marketing, sales, product manager, and operation manager.
Should I have to go through Functional manager or what else possibility would be there to get L1A visa?
